Where we ship

Floreva ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and throughout the United Kingdom. Available destinations and their rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

A flat rate of $4.95 USD applies to orders shipped within the United States and the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD and calculated at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After processing, delivery within the United States and the United Kingdom typically takes 7-15 business days. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs handling, and peak shopping periods can extend these timeframes.

Duties and import charges

Any duties or import charges that apply to your order are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional charges on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Orders with more than one item

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund. If a package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging.
